Update inventory costing & prices in System in time to ensure that the process of invoicing is completed swiftly.
Arrange for stocks allocation, prioritization, delivery order and customer invoice timely to maintain optimal delivery time applying FIFO model to prevent stocks aging.
Participate actively in the physical stock taking for auditing purposes to ensure minimal discrepancies.
Ensure stock movement in coordination with logistics & production to achieve right stocks at the right location at the right time.
Maintain accurate order points (Max & Min) and define the Add/Remove from stock procedure to ensure availability of the stocks.
Receive order acknowledgement and track shipping status, receipt of documents, auditing the documents against orders.
Determine, review and order protective stocks. Ensure that standardized Inventory Replenishment planning procedure is carried out in accordance with planning procedures and methods to ensure consistency and standardization of expected practices.
Report inventory value and update inventory prices in the system in time to ensure that the process of invoicing or quoting is completed swiftly.
Other Inventory activities. Any assigned task by the direct supervisor or Manager.
B.Sc. in Business Management/ Finance. Professional Certification in Supply Chain / Inventory is preferable.
2-5 years’ work experience in inventory control position. Previous experience in manufacturing field is preferable.
